Title: Ka Buke A Moramona (Hawaiian Book of Mormon)
Author:
Edition: 2nd
Description: The Book of Mormon in Hawaiian language. Only
two LDS editions ever printed (the first was 1855). This copy is in
beautiful condition and well worth the price. Compare this one,
which is in better condition, to $900 elsewhere on the Internet. Flake #
730 (Mormon Bibliography). This book was purchased at an estate sale
in Idaho, upon the death of a daughter of the original owner of the book.
Originally translated in Hawaii by George Q. Cannon who was among the first group of missionaries to serve in the islands. Cannon later published his translation in San Francisco in 1855.
