Spine has minor tears at the top. No underlining or notes observed in text. Pages slightly yellowed with age. No foxing. Binding tight throughout except for front cover to book -- loose, but fully connected. Tears on a few pages. Bumped on the top of several pages. Otherwise, nice copy.
